My Franklin Dental Connect Patient Portal

The My Franklin Dental Connect website is a safe, private way for Franklin Dental parents & legal guardians can stay connected to their child’s (newborn–17 years old) personal dental health information. Plus, you can update your family’s own dental health data, address & contact information. When you enroll in My Franklin Dental Connect, you can:

How to enroll

Enrollment is easy & free, all you need is a secure Personal Information Number, or PIN. We’ll send you a secure PIN by mail after your visit — or we can email it to you as a part of your registration process. Once you receive your PIN, use it to complete your registration at Franklin Dental – the secure link will be listed in your instructions.
